When you hire Virtual Contractors, you
have your own personal dedicated marketing professional working to
learn, understand and address your online marketing needs and goals,
devise a strategic plan to achieve those goals, and execute that
plan successfully so your search engine marketing campaign delivers
outstanding results. Here's a step by step explanation of how it
works.
Your Own Virtual Contractor
You have a primary account manager. Furthermore, you have
resources committed to your success from both our Paid Search and
our Natual Search Optimization.
- Your Search Marketing Specialist (SMS) gathers the
information necessary for our team to fully understand your
business, identifies your goals and works with you to build the
strategy for your campaign.
- Your SMS and you establish the metrics that are used on
a continuous basis to determine your campaign’s success.
- Your SMS develops a project plan that takes into
consideration your timelines and internal processes so that
together, we meet your deadlines.
- Your SMS answers all of your questions.
- Your SMS coordinates all of Virtual Contractors
resources that are brought to bear on your campaign to provide
their specialized expertise.
- Your Search Marketing Specialist (SMS) is responsible
for overseeing the strategy and execution of your campaign.
- You may reach your SMS at any time throughout day,
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST and expect follow-up, or a
return call, within hours.
Note: You have access to Virtual Contractors upper management
at any and all times. You can contact them by phone or email. Every
member of our staff is dedicated to your success.
Introducing Your Account Team
Members
We set up an initial phone call to introduce you and your
team, to ours. In this call we cover the following:
- Discuss roles and responsibilities of each Virtual
Contractors team member.
- Discuss the nature and objective of your website and
online marketing goals.
- Discuss constraints, your internal policies and
processes.
- Determine initial deliverables.
Preliminary Project Building
Once we understand your goals and objectives, we begin
preliminary work. In this phase we:
- Build access to your campaign results and project plan
that you can access 24/7 on our client-only extranet site.
- Build a project plan so we have a detailed diagram that
illustrates timelines for all activities.
- Work with you to receive appropriate deliverables so
that we maintain a continuous flow of activities.
Research, Strategy, and Planning
Next we begin our research that aligns with your business and
your marketing goals. Within the first 4 weeks, the most effective
and customized search engine marketing strategy we come to you for a
face-to-face working strategy meeting to:
- Present our Audience Generation Discovery.
- Share initial findings of a proposed website search
strategy.
- Conduct a "White-Board" session to
collectively build a game plan for your website.
- Present the findings of our research and our resulting
strategy, thoroughly reviewing our plans with you.
- Agree on which elements of our proposed strategy that
are most important to you.
- Prioritize elements of the campaign plan.
Regular Follow-Up and
Communication
Throughout the process you have regular contact with your
Virtual Contractors account team. You can expect:
- An established day and time for a weekly status phone
with your contacts.
- Regular email and phone communication with your Search
Marketing Specialist.
- A monthly report detailing results, correlations,
findings, activities performed, open items and next steps. We
work with you to customize this report to meet your internal
needs.
- Emails from your Search Marketing Specialist with
search industry advisory updates or relevant search engine
marketing research if/when needed.
By truly understanding your unique needs and goals we can
devise and implement a customized search engine marketing strategy
